A restoration project spanning several years, remaining respectful to the Georgian architecture of this quintessential village home, our Spitalfields cupboards sit with ease in this welcoming room. An elegant kitchen with open wall space for natural light to flow, whilst allowing wide views of the surrounding gardens. A family room, where entertaining and suppers are frequently shared. A tailor-made, double marble sink sits coupled with antique brass mixer taps, centred between windows, creating a focus to balance the statement range cooker opposite. High marble upstands behind, elegantly detailed and proportioned with a bespoke chimney concealing the extractor fan over. Neatly positioned and perfectly accessible is the capacious Larder and tall integrated fridge freezer housing, proportionally designed to sit comfortably between doorways.

The genteel off-white painted cupboards are accented with Antique Georgian Brass Flower knobs and drawer pulls, complimented by the deeper tones used for the adjacent Butler’s Pantry and Crockery Store. Glazed doorways and panels lead each side of the chimney breast, one side to the Butlers Pantry where coffee machine, boiling water tap, and toaster are stored alongside breakfast cereals and jams, close to hand for the breakfast table. Boarded doors to upper cupboards, alongside deep open shelving enhances the decorous sensibility of this space. To the other side, a walk-through Crockery Store with glazed counter standing cupboards to put away tableware, glasses and china. Deep drawers below for platters, bowls and table linens. Central to the space is our welcoming Worktable, echoing the wide timber flooring with Pippy Oak worktop and deep Oak drawers. Two stools tucked under the extended worktop here, ready for a morning coffee or afternoon snack.
