Spitalfields Kitchen New York Showroom
Manhattan’s Plain English showroom displays the breadth of our range and quality of our craftsmanship with two distinct kitchens. The first is a confident design, in which the simplicity of a monochrome Osea island is paired with an elegant run of Spitalfields cabinets with Folgate doors, painted in Plain English’s ‘Inky Nib’. A Bianco Eclipsia worktop adds texture to the formal design. On the opposite side of the kitchen, a wall of floor-to-ceiling cupboards is accessed via a ladder painted in Plain English’s ‘Rusty Nail’, a colour that is repeated on the worktop stools and again inside the counter-standing cupboards.
The second design revolves around a freestanding, glossy work table topped with oiled Pippy Oak and painted in Plain English’s ‘Chop’. A honed Carrara marble worktop with bullnose edging wraps around Spitalfield cupboards with Hanbury doors. The historical scheme – complete with Delft tiles behind the Aga – is enlivened by courageous colour choices and an expanse of open shelving.
